DV8 Web · Creative Round 1
Three concepts, each built in a standard vertical (4:5) and a standard square (1:1). All six are B2B: they speak to loan officers and mortgage brokers, not to borrowers. Every ad drives to advantagemtgpro.com.
Leads with the objection every LO has about outsourcing: what does it cost me? The answer is nothing, because the fee sits in Section B of the CD and the borrower pays it. Strongest cold-audience opener of the three.
The wedge against wemlo and the other scale shops: a real, named, senior processor instead of a ticket number. Uses Jessica's actual headshot, so it will out-perform the typographic ads on retargeting and warm audiences.
Price-forward and transparent, which almost nobody in this category does. Best used as the second or third touch, after the first ad has already made the case - or as the retargeting ad for people who visited the pricing section.
Five things worth settling first. The first two are the ones that can actually stop the campaign.
